Storyarc Studio, LLC provides design, creative direction, branding, UX/UI, consulting, and many other design services to clients ("you" or "your"). The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement or project proposal, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the designs, concepts, and materials created by Storyarc Studio, LLC remain the property of Storyarc Studio, LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Client License: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for the purposes outlined in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any confidential information shared between you and Storyarc Studio, LLC during the course of our work will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Termination
By You: You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. However, you will be responsible for any fees due for work completed up to the date of termination.
By Us: We may terminate our services if you breach these Terms or fail to make payment. We will provide written notice of termination.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storyarc Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Burbank, CA, as agreed upon by both parties.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
